The Administration Section is an important unit of Vidyapeetha Administration which functions under overall supervision of Registrar. The Assistant Registrar (Administration) is the Sectional in-charge, supervising the works of the Section under the control of Deputy Registrar (Administration). The Section is primarily responsible for implementation of rules and regulations and policies of Vidyapeetha as per its Memorandum of Association, University Grants Commission, regulatory bodies and Government of India in matters relating to establishment and employees services.
Functions and duties of the Section
The major activities of the Section include works related to ;
Recruitment, selection, training & development
Performance management and career progression
Employees relations and welfare measures
Maintenance of disciplines
Separation of employees of Vidyapeetha.
Administration of conducting entrance tests for Shiksha Shastri course
Advertising and printing works.
Store management and other works related to general administration of Vidyapeetha.
Facilitating the conduction of various meetings of Vidyapeetha bodies/authorities like Shishta-Parishad (Senate),
Karya-Parishad (Executive Council) and Vidwat Parishad (Academic Council).
Implementation of Right to Information Act in the function areas of Administration.
Replying to audit queries
Processing of medical bills of all the employees.
Security Arrangement of Vidyapeetha.
Allotment of Staff Quarters.
Central Diary and dispatch work.
Preparation of Annual Report.
Works related to the implementation of Hindi Raj Bhasha.
Processing of all advances except GPF.
Administrative arrangements for celebration of various national festivals/ceremonies and other events.
Coordinating with various internal and external agencies and sending various reports to required quarters like UGC, Ministry of HRD, Universities etc.
